The municipality of Halmstad in western Sweden bans masks in schools. According to the municipality, there is a great risk that they will be misused, reports P4 Halland . However, this decision is criticized.
The ban covers infection control equipment in general, including face shields, in all primary and secondary schools in Halmstad. The rules apply to both students and staff.
